Breakfast: No Gluten, No Problem




If you are new to being gluten free, you know exactly what I mean when I say that breakfast, just isn’t what it used to be. With all the wonderful (and pretty) baked goods out there, it can be really hard to stay away, and when you have no choice in the matter, breakfast can easily become the most boring meal of the day. It’s not that pastries are a necessary part of a diet (and they certainly aren’t a healthy part) but every once in a while it’s nice to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee paired with the baked good of your choice, agreed? Fortunately, thanks to companies like Udi’s, even those of us sensitive to gluten can satisfy those pastry cravings, starting with these Udi’s chocolate chip muffins, star of this mornings breakfast.
